KOZHIKODE: Three employees of the Chennai-based contracting firm Shriram EPC Pvt Ltd were arrested on Friday after the police found that it was gross negligence on their part that led to the death of two workers and an auto-rickshaw driver on Thursday. The employees are safety officer Lolak Antony (29) from Thrissur, assistant engineer Raghunatha Reddy (31) from Kadappa, Andhra Pradesh, and project manager Selva Kumar (55) from Trichy in Tamil Nadu. All three were charged under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code (punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder)....
